INGREDIENTES

- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (120g)
 - 🥚 1 beaten egg
 - 1 pack mozuku (70g)
 - 1/4 bunch mitsuba
 - 1/2 tbsp concentrated men-tsuyu
 - 💧 200ml water
 
Garnish
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
 
PASSOS
Rinse the cooked rice briefly in a strainer.
Cut mitsuba into 3cm pieces using kitchen scissors.
Heat water and men-tsuyu in a pot over medium heat, add rice and mozuku, and bring to a boil. Simmer on low heat for 2–3 minutes.
Pour the beaten egg into the pot, let it cook until semi-set, then turn off the heat.
Top with mitsuba and sprinkle white sesame seeds before serving.
