INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥒 1 zucchini
- 🍖 150g pork shoulder
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
Marinade Ingredients
- 🧄 0.3 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.5 tbsp rice wine
- A pinch of pepper
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧂 2 pinches of salt
- 1 tbsp shrimp paste
- 2 tbsp chili oil
- 0.7 tbsp chili powder
- 0.3 tbsp soy sauce
- 100ml water
PASSOS
Cut the pork shoulder into bite-sized pieces and marinate with minced garlic, rice wine, and pepper.
Slice the zucchini into half-moon shapes and mix with salt.
Heat chili oil in a pot and stir-fry the marinated pork.
Add soy sauce and chili powder to the pork and continue stir-frying.
Add the salted zucchini and shrimp paste to the pot and stir-fry together.
Pour water into the pot, cover with a lid, and simmer on medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
Add chopped green onion and simmer briefly before serving.
