    • 1 tbsp soy sauce

    • 1 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
    • 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
    • 0.5 tbsp cooking wine
    • 1 tbsp cornstarch
    • A pinch of pepper
  • Meatball Sauce

    • 🍅 6 tbsp ketchup
    • 6 tbsp corn syrup
    • 3 tbsp cooking wine
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
    • 1 tbsp gochujang

Boil water and add 0.5 tbsp salt.

Add mini cabbages to the boiling water and cook. Rinse with cold water and set aside.

Mix ground pork with soy sauce, sugar, tonkatsu sauce, sesame oil, garlic, cooking wine, cornstarch, and pepper.

Shape the seasoned pork mixture into round meatballs and coat lightly with cornstarch.

Heat a pan with a generous amount of cooking oil and fry the meatballs until golden brown.

Prepare the sauce by combining ketchup, corn syrup, cooking wine, garlic, soy sauce, tonkatsu sauce, and gochujang in a pan. Simmer until thickened.

Add the fried meatballs to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
