INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
 
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes
 - 🍋 1/2 lemon
 
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
 - 2 tbsp cornstarch
 - 2 tbsp salad oil
 - 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
 
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp sake
 - 1 tbsp mirin
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 
PASSOS
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with cornstarch.
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak in water, drain, and microwave on a heatproof plate for 4 minutes at 600W.
Slice the lemon into thin wedges. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the chicken, and cook until browned. Flip and cover with a lid, cooking on low heat for 3–5 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the potatoes to the pan, brown them, and remove excess oil. Add the sauce ingredients and stir for 2–3 minutes until well coated.
Add lemon juice and sliced lemon, mix briefly, and serve.
