    • 1/2 tbsp gochujang
    • 1/2 tbsp doenjang
    • 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1/3 tbsp oyster sauce
    • A pinch of black pepper

Mix all seasoning ingredients together and let them rest for 30 minutes. This step can be skipped if needed.

Chop the onion and green onion finely. Cut the tofu into small cubes.

Heat a pan with cooking oil and sauté the green onion to make green onion oil.

Add the ground pork and stir-fry until fully cooked.

Pour in the prepared seasoning and water, then bring to a boil.
