INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 600g pork shoulder
Condiments
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp rice wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Pinch of black pepper
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1 medium onion
PASSOS
Mix the marinade ingredients: soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, minced garlic, green onion, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and black pepper.
Cut the pork shoulder into bite-sized pieces and marinate for 20 minutes.
Heat a pan and stir-fry the marinated pork.
When the pork is halfway cooked, add the sliced onion.
Cook until the marinade reduces and the pork turns slightly caramelized.
