INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 1 handful of chives
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥕 Small amount of carrot, julienned
Seasoning
- 2.5 tbsp red pepper powder
- 3 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- A pinch of sesame seeds
PASSOS
Wash the chives thoroughly and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the onion and julienne the carrot. Place them in a bowl along with the chives.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing red pepper powder, anchovy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, and corn syrup in a bowl.
Add the prepared seasoning to the bowl with the vegetables and mix well.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and give it a final gentle mix.
