INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 300g soybean sprouts
- 5 cups water
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp coarse salt
Seasoning
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 0.3 tbsp salt
- 🧅 2 tbsp minced green onion
- 🍬 0.3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🌰 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Rinse the soybean sprouts 2–3 times under running water.
Finely chop the green onion.
Boil 5 cups of water in a pot and add 0.5 tbsp of coarse salt.
Once the water is boiling, add the rinsed soybean sprouts and cook for 4–5 minutes.
Remove the cooked sprouts with chopsticks and let them cool naturally in a colander.
Place the warm sprouts in a large bowl and add minced garlic, green onion, red pepper flakes, salt, sugar, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
Wear sanitary gloves and gently mix the sprouts with the seasoning.
Serve the seasoned soybean sprouts as a side dish.
