INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 500g sliced pork shoulder
 
Vegetables
- 500g soybean sprouts
 - 🧅 1/2 onion
 - 1 green chili
 - 🥕 1/4 carrot
 - 🍄 1 handful mushrooms
 - 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
 
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp gochujang
 - 4 tbsp red pepper flakes
 - 3 tbsp soy sauce
 - 2 tbsp mirin
 - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 - 🍯 2 tbsp honey
 
PASSOS
Prepare the seasoning by mixing gochujang, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, mirin, minced garlic, and honey in a bowl.
Slice all vegetables including onion, green chili, carrot, mushrooms, and green onion.
Layer the pan with soybean sprouts, vegetables, seasoning, and pork in that order.
Stir-fry the ingredients over medium heat until the pork is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
Serve hot with rice or wrap in lettuce for a complete meal.
