    • 1kg thinly sliced pork belly
  • Vegetables

    • 1 bag soybean sprouts
    • 🧅 1/4 onion
    • 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom
    • 1 stalk green onion
    • 1 green chili
  • Sauce

    • 2 tbsp gochujang
    • 2 tbsp red pepper powder
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp corn syrup
    • 1 tbsp perilla oil
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • A pinch of black pepper
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Prepare 1kg of thinly sliced pork belly.

Wash and prepare 1 bag of soybean sprouts.

Prepare vegetables: slice onion, green onion, green chili, and king oyster mushroom.

Mix the sauce ingredients: gochujang, red pepper powder, soy sauce, corn syrup, perilla oil, cooking wine, minced garlic, black pepper.

Layer soybean sprouts at the bottom of a wok.

Add all the prepared vegetables on top of the sprouts.

Place the pork belly slices on top of the vegetables.

Pour the mixed sauce over the pork and vegetables.

Cover the wok and cook over medium heat until you hear sizzling sounds.

Stir the ingredients to mix the sauce evenly once the pork is cooked.

Finish with 1/2 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tsp sesame seeds before serving.
