    • 300g thinly sliced pork belly
    • 200g soybean sprouts
    • 🥕 1/3 carrot, sliced
    • 10 perilla leaves
    • 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
    • 1/2 green chili, sliced
    • 1/2 red chili, sliced
    • A pinch of sesame seeds
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
    • 2 tbsp chili powder
    • 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp mirin (cooking wine)
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar

Slice the onion, carrot, perilla leaves, and green onion into bite-sized pieces.

Wash the soybean sprouts thoroughly and set aside.

Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

Layer the ingredients in a wide pan: soybean sprouts at the bottom, followed by onion, green onion, carrot, perilla leaves, pork belly, chili slices, seasoning, and sesame seeds.

Place the pan on low heat and cook until the soybean sprouts wilt.

Once the soybean sprouts release some moisture, stir and mix all ingredients until fully cooked.
