INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🦀 600g frozen crab
- 1 piece radish
- 1/2 zucchini
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 30-40g water dropwort
- 1/2 green onion
- 1 green chili pepper
- 🧈 1/2 block tofu
- 1200-1400ml anchovy stock
- 1 red chili pepper
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1/3 tbsp doenjang
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp ginger syrup
- 1-2 tbsp cooking wine
- a pinch of black pepper
PASSOS
Rinse the frozen crab under running water to remove debris. Sprinkle 2 tbsp cooking wine evenly to reduce the fishy smell.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing all the listed seasonings in a bowl.
In a pot, add anchovy stock and sliced radish. Boil for 3 minutes.
Add 2 tbsp of the prepared seasoning sauce and bring to a boil. Add the crab and simmer for 4-5 minutes, skimming off any foam.
Add onion and zucchini, then adjust the seasoning by adding 2 more tbsp of the sauce.
Add mushrooms, green onion, green chili pepper, and red chili pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Add tofu and reduce heat to low, cooking for 5-7 minutes.
Top with water dropwort and additional chili peppers. Simmer briefly before serving.
