INGREDIENTES

Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Dice the paprika, green pepper, and onion into small pieces.
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, cooking wine, corn syrup, and sesame oil to prepare the sauce.
Heat a frying pan with oil and fry the dumplings until golden and crispy on both sides.
Place the fried dumplings on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
In another frying pan, sauté the diced onion in oil until translucent.
Add the diced paprika and green pepper to the pan and continue sautéing.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and mix well with the vegetables.
Add the fried dumplings to the pan and toss them with the sauce and vegetables.
Drizzle chili oil over the dish and mix lightly before serving.
