INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 cup fermented kimchi
- 🧅 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp ground pork
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🥛 1 cup milk or water
- 🧈 1/4 stick butter
- 🧀 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
Garlic Oil
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
PASSOS
Chop the fermented kimchi into small pieces.
Finely chop the onion.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic to make garlic oil.
Add ground pork and chopped onion to the pan and sauté until fully cooked.
Add the chopped kimchi and stir-fry briefly, then add the cooked rice and mix well.
Pour milk or water into the pan and stir to loosen the rice, then add butter and mix.
Add cheddar cheese and a pinch of salt, stir until melted and combined, then serve.
