- 🧈 80g unsalted butter
 - 🥛 110ml milk

PASSOS
Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add cold butter and cut it into small pieces using a scraper or spatula until the mixture turns yellowish.
Add milk and baking powder to the mixture and combine. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Shape the dough into desired sizes and place them on the tray.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve with strawberry jam or other toppings of choice.
