PASSOS
Defrost the frozen meat patty using a microwave.
Mash the defrosted meat patty with a knife and chop finely.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic over low heat.
Add the chopped meat to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat.
Mix in gochujang, sugar, and other seasonings evenly over low heat.
Drizzle sesame oil and stir-fry briefly to finish.
Mix the prepared meat mixture with cooked rice until evenly colored.
Spread rice on the rough side of a seaweed sheet and place meat in the center.
Roll the gimbap carefully and tightly.
Slice the gimbap gently using a sawing motion.
