- 🥬 Thinly sliced cabbage
 - 🧅 1 piece of onion
 - 🥕 1 piece of carrot
 - 🍎 1/8 piece of small apple
 
Condiments
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
 - 🍶 2 tbsp vinegar
 - 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
 - 3 tbsp vegetable oil
 - 1 tbsp mirin
 - 💧 2 tbsp water
 - 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
 - 🌰 To taste sesame seeds
 
PASSOS
Thinly slice the cabbage using a knife or slicer.
Soak the cabbage in cold water with 1 tbsp vinegar while preparing the dressing. Rinse with cold water and drain well.
Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender.
