INGREDIENTES

- 🥬 Thinly sliced cabbage
- 🧅 1 piece of onion
- 🥕 1 piece of carrot

Condiments

- 🍶 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar

PASSOS
Thinly slice the cabbage using a knife or slicer.
