INGREDIENTES

- 🐖 200g pork
- 🦐 Some shrimp
- 🦑 Some squid
Vegetables
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 🥕 1 carrot, chopped
- 🧅 Some onion, chopped
- 🌱 Some bean sprouts
Staples
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
Sauces & Seasonings
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
PASSOS
Marinate the shrimp in rice wine briefly to remove the fishy smell, and prepare the squid and other ingredients by cutting them into appropriate sizes.
Break the bean sprouts into smaller pieces.
Mix the sauce ingredients (oyster sauce, soy sauce, oligosaccharide, and cooking wine) in a bowl.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork until partially cooked.
Add shrimp, squid, and vegetables to the pan and stir-fry together.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the other ingredients.
Add the bean sprouts and prepared sauce, then stir-fry everything together.
Taste and adjust seasoning with additional oyster sauce if needed.
