INGREDIENTES
- Rice - 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
 
- Seafood - 🦑 200g firefly squid
 
- Vegetables - 1 piece ginger, julienned
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
 
- Other - 1 sheet fried tofu, thinly sliced
- 10cm kombu
 
- Seasonings - 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
 
PASSOS
Julienne the ginger and thinly slice the fried tofu.
Prepare the firefly squid by removing the cartilage, eyes, and beak.
In a rice cooker, add the soaked rice, water slightly below the indicated line, and seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder). Mix well and flatten the rice.
Place kombu, firefly squid, half of the ginger, and fried tofu on top of the rice. Cook using the normal rice setting.
Once cooked, remove the kombu, slice it thinly, and mix it back into the rice. Serve in bowls, garnished with the remaining ginger and chopped green onions.
