    • 8 honey hotteoks
  • Meat

  • Sauce

    • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 4 tbsp honey mustard
    • 🧈 4 tbsp butter oil

PASSOS

Prepare all ingredients: honey hotteoks, beef patties, cheese slices, lettuce, eggs, mayonnaise, honey mustard, and butter oil.

Heat a frying pan with butter oil and grill the honey hotteoks on both sides until golden brown.

Fry the eggs sunny-side up, leaving the yolk slightly runny. Set them aside.

Place the grilled hotteoks on a tray or plate.

Grill the beef patties on both sides until cooked through and slightly crispy.
