INGREDIENTES

- 350g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, diced
- 🥕 5cm carrot, diced

- 🧀 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasoning
- 8-9 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 4 dashes black pepper
- 🧂 1/3 tbsp salt
- 🧈 1/2 tbsp butter
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
PASSOS
Mix ground pork with diced carrot, black pepper, salt, and minced garlic.
Heat a pan with butter and sauté diced onion until golden brown.
Add sautéed onion to the pork mixture along with breadcrumbs and an egg. Mix thoroughly.
Shape the mixture into 4 patties and store in the freezer with parchment paper between layers.
Cook patties in a pan with oil on low heat for 10 seconds, then add water and cover to steam-cook.
Flip the patties and continue cooking until water evaporates. Add more oil and pan-fry until golden brown.
Serve with tonkatsu sauce and top with cheddar cheese or a fried egg.
