INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍖 10 slices of ham
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🍙 1 sheet of seaweed
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 packet of rice topping
- 🌾 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
PASSOS
Lightly cook the ham to prevent it from shrinking. You can also use it raw if preferred. If cooked, pat off the grease.
Separate the egg yolks and whites. Use 2-3 eggs depending on their size. Add salt and mix well.
Cook the yolks and whites separately in a thin layer with cooking oil. Cut them into strips thinner than the ham.
Cut the seaweed into strips thinner than the egg strips.
Mix the rice with the rice topping, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt. Adjust the seasoning based on the topping's flavor. Soy sauce can be used as an alternative.
Take a handful of rice and press it firmly into a ball. Layer ham, egg, and seaweed around the rice ball. Optionally, add pickled radish in the center for extra flavor.
