    • 🧅 1/2 onion
    • 1/2 green onion leaf

    • 2 tbsp sunflower oil

Crack 10 eggs into a bowl and add 1 tsp of salt. Whisk well.

Heat 2 tbsp of sunflower oil in a pan and pour in the egg mixture.
