- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 🐟 150g canned tuna
- 🥪 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍯 2 tbsp sugar or honey
- 💧 5 tbsp water
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🌰 Pinch of sesame seeds
- Pinch of sesame oil
PASSOS
Prepare all ingredients.
Mix cooked rice with a pinch of salt, sesame seeds, and sesame oil to lightly season.
Drain the canned tuna and mix with 2 tbsp mayonnaise and 1 tbsp sugar or honey.
Shape the seasoned rice into balls or triangles, adding the tuna mixture inside.
Prepare the soy sauce glaze by simmering 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar or honey, and 5 tbsp water over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan and grill the rice balls over medium heat until golden brown.
Brush the soy sauce glaze onto the rice balls and continue grilling over low heat until evenly coated and caramelized.
