INGREDIENTES

- 🍗 1 whole chicken
- ☕ 1/2 tbsp coffee
- 1 tbsp ginger powder
- 🧂 1-2 tbsp salt
- 🧄 1 whole garlic bulb
- Generous amount of sesame or peanut powder
- Generous amount of rice water
Seasoning Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp plum extract
PASSOS
Soak the chicken in rice water for about 10 minutes.
Boil the chicken with coffee, minced garlic, ginger powder, and salt.
Check if the chicken is cooked by piercing with a chopstick; no blood should come out.
Grill the chicken and garlic cloves on low heat in a pan.
Flip the chicken occasionally to prevent burning.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients.
Coat half of the grilled chicken with the seasoning sauce and simmer on low heat.
Serve half as seasoned chicken and the other half as plain grilled chicken.
