INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 300g pork belly
 
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 medium onion, sliced
 - 2 stalks green onion, chopped
 
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
 - 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
 - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 2 tbsp cooking wine
 - 1 tbsp corn syrup
 - 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
 
PASSOS
Slice the onion and chop the green onion into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, soy sauce, cooking wine, corn syrup, and sesame oil.
Place the pork belly in a bowl and pour the sauce over it. Mix well to coat evenly.
Heat a pan and stir-fry the marinated pork belly until cooked through.
Add the onion and green onion to the pan and stir-fry until the vegetables are tender.
Serve the stir-fried pork belly hot with rice or as a side dish.
