INGREDIENTES

- 🥔 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 🧅 1 medium onion, sliced

- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Liquids
- 1 cup water
Garnish
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
PASSOS
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add diced potatoes and sliced onions to the pan. Sauté for 5 minutes.
Mix gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and water in a bowl to create the sauce.
Pour the sauce into the pan and bring to a simmer.
Cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
