- 36g almond flour
- 🍬 36g sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
Wet Ingredients
- 🧀 120g cream cheese
- 🥛 66g milk

- 50g prepared peas
PASSOS
Prepare the peas by soaking them in lukewarm water for 1–3 hours, then drain and coat with flour.
Combine all dry ingredients in a food processor and mix lightly. Add diced cream cheese and mix until crumbly.
Add milk to the mixture and pulse until moist. Remove the mixture and fold in the prepared peas, forming a rectangular dough.
Wrap the dough in plastic and refrigerate for 24 hours to enhance flavor and texture.
Cut the dough into 8 equal pieces, brush with milk, and bake at 170–180°C for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
