    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 2 tbsp chili powder
    • 2 tbsp corn syrup
    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Crumble the tofu block by hand until finely mashed.

Chop the garlic scapes into small pieces.

Finely chop the carrot and onion.

Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the garlic scapes for 30 seconds.
