INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 5–6 garlic scapes, chopped
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, finely chopped
- 🧅 1 onion, finely chopped
Protein
- 🧈 1 block of tofu, crumbled
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- ✨ 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASSOS
Crumble the tofu block by hand until finely mashed.
Chop the garlic scapes into small pieces.
Finely chop the carrot and onion.
Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the garlic scapes for 30 seconds.
Add the chopped carrot and onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Add the crumbled tofu, oyster sauce, soy sauce, chili powder, and corn syrup to the pan.
Stir-fry for 3 minutes, then sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
