INGREDIENTES
Fish Cake Stir-fry Ingredients
- 10 sheets fish cake
- 1/3 each yellow, red, green bell pepper
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
PASSOS
Prepare flat fish cakes and slice them into thin strips.
Slice bell peppers (yellow, red, green) thinly after removing seeds and cores.
Heat a pan with cooking oil, sprinkle a pinch of salt, and stir-fry sliced onions until softened. Set aside.
In the same pan, stir-fry the bell peppers with a pinch of salt until slightly softened. Set aside.
Heat oil in the pan, add soy sauce, corn syrup, and minced garlic. Stir and simmer slightly.
Add sliced fish cakes to the pan and stir-fry on low heat until glossy and well-coated with the sauce.
Add sesame oil and mix well for added aroma.
Combine the stir-fried onions, bell peppers, and fish cakes in the pan. Stir briefly to mix and heat through.
