INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🍄 2 packs enoki mushrooms
- 3 green chilies
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 🧅 5 stalks green onion
Eggs & Oils
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A small amount of cooking oil
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 🧂 A dash of pepper
PASSOS
Trim the base of the enoki mushrooms, wash them, and shake off excess water.
Chop the enoki mushrooms into small pieces for easier cooking.
Slice the green onions, red bell pepper, and green chilies finely. Remove seeds from the chilies.
In a bowl, mix the chopped vegetables with 3 eggs, a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and a dash of pepper.
Mix the batter thoroughly until the vegetables are evenly coated with the egg mixture.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add a generous amount of cooking oil. Scoop a spoonful of batter and fry.
Cook until both sides are golden brown. Serve warm.
