INGREDIENTES
Bread Dough
- 125g strong flour
- 3g dry yeast
- 🍬 20g sugar
- 🧂 3g salt
- 🥚 25g egg
- 🥛 50g milk
- 🧈 25g unsalted butter
- 🧄 5g minced garlic
- 🌽 30g sweet corn
Additional Ingredients
- 🥓 4 strips bacon
- 🧀 4 slices cheese
- 🥚 4 eggs
- 20g mayonnaise
- A pinch of pepper
- 🌿 A pinch of parsley
PASSOS
Mix strong flour, sugar, and salt. Add dry yeast, egg, and milk, then knead into a dough.
Add unsalted butter and knead the dough for 5 minutes until it becomes elastic.
Incorporate sweet corn and minced garlic into the dough, knead for 1 more minute, then let it rise for 30 minutes in a warm, humid place.
Divide the dough into 70g portions, shape into balls, and let them rest for 10 minutes.
Shape the dough into circles, seal the edges, and wrap with bacon. Let it rise for another 20 minutes.
Place a slice of cheese and crack an egg into the center of each dough piece.
Drizzle mayonnaise evenly, sprinkle pepper and parsley, and place a cup of water in the oven.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
