INGREDIENTES
- Broth - 300ml anchovy stock
 
- Main Ingredients - 1 pack soft tofu
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp fermented shrimp
 
- Seasoning - 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 tsp perilla oil
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
 
PASSOS
Boil 300ml anchovy stock in a pot.
Drain the soft tofu and prepare it for cooking.
Beat 3 eggs evenly in a bowl.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing chopped green onion, chili pepper, sesame seeds, and perilla oil in a small bowl.
Add the soft tofu, minced garlic, and fermented shrimp to the boiling stock.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pot and stir lightly.
Top the soup with the prepared seasoning and let it boil briefly.
