INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 400g pork shoulder
 
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
 
Seasoning
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
 - 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
 - 2 tbsp plum extract
 - 2 tbsp chopped green onion
 - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 - 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
 - Pinch of black pepper
 - Pinch of sesame seeds
 
PASSOS
Mix pork shoulder with all seasoning ingredients and massage thoroughly. Add onion and mix lightly. Marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated pork on low heat until fully cooked.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and stir-fry for a few more minutes before serving.
