Broth
- 5g pollack head

- 🧅 1g green onion
- 💧 250g water
Seasoning
- 1g sesame oil

- 2g low-sodium soy sauce
PASSOS
Boil water with broth ingredients to make the stock.
Strain the boiled stock using a sieve.
Soak dried seaweed and dried pollack in water, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
