INGREDIENTES

- 400g dried chwinamul
- 🍚 1 cup rice
- 💧 2 cups water
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
PASSOS
Rinse the dried chwinamul thoroughly.
Cut the chwinamul into bite-sized pieces.
Season the chwinamul lightly with sesame oil.
Add rice and water to a pot.
Place the seasoned chwinamul on top of the rice.
Cook the rice and wait until done.
Mix chili powder, soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, and sugar to make the sauce.
Once the rice is cooked, mix it with the sauce and enjoy.
