INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🍄 220g shiitake mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
 - 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
 
Condiments
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
 - 🧂 1/5 tsp salt
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds
 
Liquids
- 💧 2 tbsp water
 
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
 
PASSOS
Clean the shiitake mushrooms, removing any dirt from the stems while keeping the stems intact. Slice the mushrooms thinly.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add minced garlic and vegetable oil. Stir-fry until the garlic becomes fragrant.
Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms, salt, and water to the pan. Mix well, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat until the mushrooms are almost fully cooked.
Add chopped green onion, ground sesame seeds, and sesame oil to the pan. Stir-fry briefly to combine and finish cooking.
