PASSOS
Clean the chicken thighs by removing excess fat and washing thoroughly. Pat dry.
Prepare the vegetables: dice the cabbage, slice the onion and sweet potato into thick strips, and cut the green onion into 4-5 cm pieces. Rinse the rice cakes.
Marinate the chicken thighs and rice cakes with the chicken marinade ingredients.
Prepare the stir-fry sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients together.
Add half of the stir-fry sauce to the marinated chicken and rice cakes, and let them sit for additional flavor absorption.
Heat a pan with grape seed oil and stir-fry the marinated chicken, rice cakes, and sweet potato until partially cooked.
Add the remaining vegetables except for the green onion and perilla leaves. Stir-fry while adding the remaining sauce for seasoning.
Once the chicken and sweet potato are fully cooked, add the green onion and perilla leaves. Stir-fry briefly and serve hot.
