INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 handful of rice
- 2 perilla leaves
- 🥬 A small amount of stir-fried kimchi
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥓 2 strips of bacon
- 🟩 1 sheet of seaweed
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Mix the rice with a small amount of salt and sesame oil to season it like for kimbap. Flatten the rice into a round, thin layer on a sheet of seaweed.
Place a fried egg on top of the rice layer.
Add perilla leaves on top of the egg.
Add stir-fried kimchi on top of the perilla leaves.
Place cooked bacon strips on top of the kimchi and press gently to flatten.
Flatten another layer of rice and place it on top of the bacon.
Fold the edges of the seaweed sheet towards the center to wrap the rice burger.
Wrap the rice burger with plastic wrap to hold its shape.
Slice the rice burger in half and serve.
