INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 🥔 1 diced potato
- 🥕 A small amount of diced carrot
- 🧅 1/2 diced onion
- 60g diced ham
- 🥚 1 egg
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Dice the potato and soak it in cold water to remove starch.
Dice the ham, carrot, and onion.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the diced potato and cook until partially softened.
Add diced carrot and ham, and continue to stir-fry.
Add diced onion and stir-fry until translucent.
Add cooked rice and stir-fry until well combined with the vegetables.
Pour the beaten egg over the rice and stir-fry until the egg is fully cooked and mixed with the rice.
Add curry powder and mix thoroughly. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Serve the curry fried rice hot and enjoy!
