INGREDIENTES
- Pork - 🍖 250g thinly sliced pork loin
 
- Coating - Potato starch as needed
 
- Oil - Salad oil as needed
 
- Condiments - 🥫 Mayonnaise as needed
- Shichimi togarashi as needed
 
- Seasoning - 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
 
PASSOS
Cut the pork into halves. Place in a plastic bag, add the seasoning ingredients, and massage. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
Place potato starch in a tray. Coat each piece of pork with starch individually.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 180°C (about 2cm depth). Fry the pork until golden brown.
Serve on a plate and optionally garnish with mayonnaise and shichimi togarashi.
