    • 🍬 2 tbsp sugar

Add 2 tbsp water to the chopped potatoes in a bowl.

Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and make 4-5 small slits in the wrap.

Microwave the potatoes for 8 minutes until fully cooked.

Mix in 2 tbsp sugar and 1/3 tbsp salt while the potatoes are still hot.

Add 4 tbsp potato starch and 1 tbsp flour, mixing until no white powder is visible.

Shape the dough into small pancake-sized portions.

Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan and cook the pancakes on medium heat.

Once both sides are golden brown, add 5 tbsp honey to the pan.
