INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 200g fettuccine pasta
Protein
- 🍤 150g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 🍗 150g chicken breast, diced
Vegetables
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped onion
Dairy
- 🥛 1 cup heavy cream
- 🧀 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
PASSOS
Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, sauté until fragrant.
Add diced chicken breast and shrimp to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and shrimp turns pink.
Pour in heavy cream and stir well. Add grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet. Toss well to coat the pasta evenly.
Serve the creamy Tuwumba pasta hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
