INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes, sliced thinly
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 1 green onion, sliced diagonally
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Dairy
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- 🥛 200 ml milk
- 100 ml heavy cream
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Dash of ground pepper
Garnish
- Small amount of croutons
- Sprinkle of parsley powder
Liquid
- 💧 200 ml water
PASSOS
Slice the potatoes thinly, slice the onion, garlic, and green onion diagonally.
Heat a pan, melt butter, and sauté onion, garlic, and green onion until golden brown.
Add potatoes to the pan and sauté briefly, then pour in water and boil until potatoes are fully cooked.
Blend the cooked ingredients in a blender until smooth, then return to the pot and heat.
Add milk and cream to the pot, simmer until the soup reaches desired consistency.
Season with salt and pepper, then remove from heat.
Serve in bowls, garnish with parsley powder and croutons.
