INGREDIENTES

- 🌽 252g canned corn, drained
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 🧈 1.5 tbsp butter
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp flour
- 🥛 350ml milk
- 🧂 to taste salt
- to taste pepper
PASSOS
Drain the canned corn using a sieve and set aside. Thinly slice the onion.
Heat a pan and melt the butter.
Add the sliced onion to the melted butter and sauté until fragrant. Remove from heat.
Add the flour to the pan and mix thoroughly to eliminate lumps.
Gradually add the milk and stir gently until smooth. Heat until slightly thickened.
Blend the corn and sauce together until smooth using a blender.
Pour the blended mixture back into the pot and simmer gently, stirring continuously.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Optionally, add cream or more milk for desired consistency.
Serve the soup warm, optionally topped with croutons or paired with bread.
