INGREDIENTES
Essential Ingredients
- 90g crab sticks
- 700ml anchovy kelp broth
- 🍄 10g enoki mushrooms
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 🧅 10cm green onion
- 10g chives
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Shred the crab sticks along their grain and mix cornstarch with water to prepare a slurry.
Cut enoki mushrooms into bite-sized pieces and finely chop the chives and green onion.
Pour the broth into a pot and add crab sticks, enoki mushrooms, and chives. Bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add soy sauce and pepper. Adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
When boiling again, add the green onion and beaten egg.
Finally, add the cornstarch slurry to thicken the soup and cook until desired consistency is reached.
