    • 🧂 7.5ml sugar
    • 30ml vinegar
    • 🧂 2.5ml salt
    • 🧄 5ml minced garlic
    • Sesame seeds to taste
    • 🧂 1.25ml additional salt

Freeze the tomatoes for at least one day.

Run the frozen tomatoes under water and gently peel off the skin.
