INGREDIENTES

- 🦐 6 peeled shrimp
 
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini
 - 1/2 red bell pepper
 - 1/2 yellow bell pepper
 - 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
 - 🌿 A pinch of basil
 
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
 - A small amount of flour
 
Seasoning
- 1/2 can of whole tomatoes
 - 🍬 1 tsp sugar
 - 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
 - A pinch of pepper
 - 1/2 tsp consomme
 
PASSOS
Clean the shrimp, remove the vein, and marinate with sake for 5 minutes. Drain and coat with flour.
Cut zucchini and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion thinly.
Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry zucchini, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and onion until softened over medium heat.
Add the canned tomatoes, sugar, salt, pepper, and consomme. Simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat, then add shrimp and cook until done. Cool and refrigerate. Garnish with basil before serving.
