INGREDIENTES
- Noodles - 1 serving (180g) low-carb noodles
 
- Protein - 80g pork loin (thinly sliced)
- 🥚 1 onsen egg
 
- Vegetables - 🥒 1/2 cucumber
- 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes
- 1 piece of ginger
 
- Sauce - 150ml pork boiling broth
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
 
- Seasoning - 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ground sesame
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
 
PASSOS
Boil the pork loin slices in water until cooked, then reserve the boiling broth for the sauce.
Prepare the sauce by mixing pork broth, sugar, soy sauce, and chicken stock powder. Stir well.
Slice the cucumber thinly and cut cherry tomatoes into halves.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, sesame oil, ground sesame, grated ginger) and toss with the cooked pork.
Cook the low-carb noodles according to package instructions, then rinse with cold water and drain.
Arrange the noodles in a bowl, top with seasoned pork, sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and the onsen egg.
Pour the prepared sauce over the noodles and toppings. Serve chilled.
